16. Use the torque wrench assembly (#220045) to tighten the bolts to a 38- to 40-ft-lb torque. After the bolts are torqued, coat the exposed threads with Alumashield® (#203233-4).
CAUTION: TIGHTEN THE BOLTS GRADUALLY with the ratchet wrench assembly (#221180). Use an alternating pattern to produce uniform contact and to avoid warping the flanges. If nut runners are being used, first hand-tighten four bolts around 90° apart. Next, run up the other nuts. Then, tighten all bolts to the final torque, by hand, using the torque wrench assembly.
18. Lubricate the inside surface of one of the coax boots from the wall feed-through assembly. (This assembly is detailed in Section 3.5.7.) Stretch the boot over the ANT end flange, with the boot flange toward the building, and slide the boot along the cable section. Position the boot so that, after the transmitter end connector is located inside the building, the boot will be near the building wall.
19. Recover the ANT end and, before lifting the cable section, loosely install all hangers that are used to support the section on the outside of the transmitter building. To do this, apply the rubber pads to the hanger cradles and loosely attach the cradles, braces, and clamping plates to the supports (see illustration of hanger assembly in Section 3.5.2). Do not install the hanger U-bolts.
Note: It is essential, as with all pressure-sensitive adhesives, that the surface to which the pad is applied is clean, dry, and free of grease and oil.
