This version uses the new AGW Packet Engine winsock api.
As is configured can be run in the same computer where Packet
Engie runs. If you wish to execute this program to run in another computer
,than the one where AGW Packet Engine runs, then edit with Notepad.exe the ini file and put the the tcpip adress of the computer where AGW Packet Engine Runs.
