Bulletin 237267 Revision A |
This shield is designed to reduce side-lobe radiation levels of high performance, parabolic antennas. The instructions given in this bulletin apply to shields for antennas with diameters of 1.8 meters (6 ft), 2.4 meters (8 ft), 3 meters (10 ft), and 3.7 meters (12 ft). The installation, maintenance or removal of antenna systems requires qualified, experienced personnel. Andrew installation instructions have been written for such installation personnel. Antenna systems should be inspected once a year by qualified personnel to verify proper installation, maintenance and condition of equipment. Andrew disclaims any liability for the results of improper or unsafe installation practices.
