3.3 Refer to Figure 3. Align location holes of supplied 200324 template with subreflector bracket holes as shown near outer rim of reflector. Temporarily install template using existing hardware. Mark and drill remaining template holes through reflector surface using 13/32 in (10 mm) drill bit. Remove template and repeat procedure at remaining subreflector bracket locations. 3.4 Refer to Figure 4. Loosely attach 49187 angle clips near outer rim of reflector at positions indicated using 3/8 x 1 in (25 mm) bolts, lockwashers and nuts. |
3.5 Loosely attach remaining ends of 49798 feed struts between previously installed 49187 angle clips using 3/8 x 2-1/4 in (57 mm) bolts, lockwashers and nuts. Securely tighten all feed support strut mounting hardware. 3.6 Refer to instruction Drawing 239384 (p/o 4RLPCK- 45-R2) for feed assembly installation. 3.7 Attach LNA's to feed horn assembly using mounting hardware supplied with LNA's or optional 49940 feed flange hardware kit.
