("Yahoo!") believes that the claims of one or more unpublished patent application(s) cover the technology disclosed in the Internet-Draft entitled "draft-delany-domainkeys-base-00.txt". The following license terms will apply to those specific portions of an implementation that embody the DomainKeys specifications set forth in that Internet-Draft ("Implementations"): Yahoo! will grant a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license under any Yahoo! patent claims that are essential to implement or use an Implementation so that licensees can make, use, sell, offer for sale or import Implementations; provided that the licensee agrees not to assert against Yahoo!, or any other Yahoo! licensees of Implementations, any patent claims of licensee that are essential to implement or use any Implementation. In addition to the foregoing, please be advised that the term "DomainKeys" is a trademark of Yahoo!, and Yahoo! has applied for registration of the mark "DomainKeys". Yahoo! will grant a royalty-free, non-exclusive trademark license permitting use of the DomainKeys trademark to refer to products that conform to the specifications set forth in the Internet-Draft. For example, any party may state that their product is "DomainKeys compliant, "supports DomainKeys" or is "DomainKeys-enabled," without citation to Yahoo!.
